VALORIQ Solutions brings together capital markets, debt advisory, restructuring, and servicing expertise on a single platform with the aim of stabilizing complex real estate situations, creating liquidity, and maximizing recovery potential. The joint venture is designed to support institutional capital providers and investors, as well as- selectively- borrowers and property owners in refinancing and restructuring processes in a market increasingly characterized by adjustment pressures.
According to the founding partners, many market participants are currently being forced to reorganize their financing structures under significantly changed conditions. The new company aims to support such processes in a structured manner, using technology‑driven analytics to develop solutions that are both legally sound and economically viable.
The formation of the company follows a cooperation between the two firms that has existed since early 2024, during which several work-out and restructuring mandates have already been jointly executed. The joint venture establishes a platform that formalizes this collaboration and places it on a shared organizational footing.

Industry analyses indicate that between late 2025 and 2027, commercial real estate financings in Germany totaling EUR 60 to 80 billion will reach maturity.
