Oliver Zimper is Managing Partner of NAS Invest and as CIO responsible for Investment and Asset Management within the NAS Invest Group. Previously, he was Managing Director of RFR Group in Germany, responsible for transactions and asset management.
Until 2016, Oliver Zimper was CIO at TRIUVA – formerly IVG Institutional Funds – with assets under management of more than EUR 12bn at that time and in his function there responsible for the entire operational real estate business, i.e. for the business units Investment, Asset and Fund Management as well as Finance, with a personnel responsibility of more than 200 employees in 15 offices. Previous positions in his career include Managing Partner at STAM Europe and Head of Investment/Portfolio Management at DEGI (now Aberdeen).
Oliver Zimper has a real estate track record of more than 26 years, during which he has been responsible for transactions with a volume of more than EUR 25bn in Europe, North America, and Asia.

As Managing Partner and CEO, Steffen Ricken is responsible for the relationship with equity as well as financing partners and will push the strategic development of the NAS Invest Group.
As CEO at TRIUVA – the former IVG Institutional Funds with more than EUR 12bn assets under management in Germany, Europe, and North America – he was responsible for Corporate Strategy, Product Development and Investor Relations. Previously, he led restructuring and strategic repositioning, as Head of Corporate Development, of the then publicly listed IVG Immobilien AG. Steffen Ricken has also gained extensive capital markets expertise with his previous assignments within the real estate investment banking industry when he was working with Sal. Oppenheim.
In total, Steffen Ricken has more than 15 years of experience within the real estate sector and has since successfully executed corporate, capital market, and real estate transactions with a volume of more than EUR 20bn.

Nikolai Dëus-von Homeyer is Managing Partner of NAS Invest and Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for Operations, Structuring, and Financing.
In 2013, he sold his stake in Corestate Capital AG, where he was previously Director and Head of Corporate Development and was involved in company transactions of EUR 3bn to date. Before his time at Corestate, he worked at the Frankfurt office of Cerberus Capital Management with German real estate holdings of more than EUR 5bn.
Nikolai Dëus-von Homeyer has more than 14 years of experience in the real estate sector and holds degrees in Business Management from HTW Berlin University of Applied Sciences and the University of Hagen, as well as an MBA from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Sven Ley is Managing Director and Head of Transaction.
Previously, he was Associate Director at Catalyst Capital. In his role he was responsible for structuring and implementing acquisitions. He contributed to building Catalyst’s pan-European real estate portfolio of over EUR 1.5bn.
Sven Ley has more than ten years of experience in investment and capital markets. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the EBS University of Economics and Law as well as a Bachelor in Economics & Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt.

Managing Director | Head of Asset Management & ESG
Marco Lüder is Managing Director and Head of Asset Management. He is responsible for the management of the group-wide real estate portfolio, and as Head of ESG central to our goal of sustainable investing.
Previously, he was Managing Director of Rynda Germany and Director Asset Management and Transaction at Corestate Capital. There he was responsible for and managed the respective commercial real estate portfolios with a transaction volume of several hundred million euros.
Marco Lüder has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate business and holds a degree in law and political science from the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg.

Marius Preisig is Managing Director of NAS Invest Suisse AG, the Swiss subsidiary of NAS Invest. As Head of Equity Capital Markets he is responsible for investment product development, equity syndication, and investor relations.
He was previously Vice President Client Relations of Corestate Capital Holding S.A. with AuM in excess of EUR 22bn, where he looked after the group’s family office and high net worth investors.
Marius Preisig has more than ten years of experience in the financial services industry and the real estate sector. He holds a BSc in Business Administration of St. Gallen University of Applied Sciences (FHSG) and a Master of Science (Hons) in Real Estate of Cass Business School, London.

Julian Reinecke is Managing Director and Branch Manager Berlin.
Previously, he was Vice President at FREO Group, a European investment manager, developer, and asset manager of commercial real estate. There, he was instrumental in the successful implementation of projects and the development of real estate portfolios of EUR 2bn at the time.
Julian Reinecke has more than ten years of experience in real estate investment, development, and asset management. He holds an MBA from the Berlin School of Economics and Law (BSEL) and London South Bank University (LSBU) and a BA Bachelor (Hons) from the University of Westminster in London. In addition, Julian Reinecke graduated in 2007 from the European Business School (ebs), in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany, with a degree in Real Estate Economics.
