London | Frankfurt am Main, 10 March 2026 – NAS Invest Group (“NAS”) announces the opening of a new office in London under NAS Invest UK Ltd and the appointment of Stephen Miles as Managing Director, London. The move marks a significant milestone in NAS’s pan-European growth strategy, reinforcing its commitment to expanding its international capital partnerships.

Strengthening the European Platform

The opening of a London office is the latest step in NAS’s ongoing platform expansion, building on its established presence across Germany, Switzerland and Luxembourg. With approximately €4.5 billion in assets under management concentrated in Germany, NAS is strategically positioning itself in Europe’s leading financial centres to support long-term institutional and private capital partnerships.

London represents a natural next step in this evolution. As one of the world’s foremost hubs for real estate capital allocation, the city provides direct access to the global investor community that NAS is increasingly engaging as it scales its German and broader European activities.

Appointment of Stephen Miles as Managing Director, London

Based in London, Stephen Miles joins NAS Invest UK Ltd as Managing Director within NAS’s Capital Markets unit, with a focused mandate on developing international capital partnerships with institutional investors. He will work in close coordination with the teams in Frankfurt, Berlin and Zurich, connecting global institutional capital with NAS’s investment strategies across German real estate in both equity and debt.

Stephen’s appointment complements and further strengthens NAS’s existing investor relations activities out of Zurich, which remain focused on serving family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs). Together, the two hubs form an increasingly robust capital-raising and investor relations network, allowing NAS to engage the full spectrum of professional investors from a single, integrated platform.

Miles brings more than 25 years of experience in European real estate capital markets and corporate finance. Most recently, he served as Head of Strategic Capital Partnerships, Europe, at Schroders Capital, where he led product development and capital raising across global real estate fund strategies and direct investment mandates. Prior to Schroders Capital, he held the position of Executive Director, EMEA Capital Markets at CBRE, and has occupied senior leadership roles at JLL and BNP Paribas Real Estate across London and Paris.
