Frankfurt am Main / September 25, 2025 – Real estate investor and asset manager NAS Invest (“NAS”) has secured a new tenant for the Kaiserhaus in Frankfurt. Cosmetics retailer Skins Cosmetics Germany GmbH will occupy approximately 308 m² of retail space plus storage on the ground floor of the property.

The company is the German subsidiary of Skins Cosmetics, based in Amstelveen (Netherlands), an omni-channel retailer and distributor of luxury niche perfumes, skin care products, makeup, and home and lifestyle products. SKINS offers exclusive niche brands that are not sold in mainstream retail.

SKINS plans to open its new retail store in the Kaiserhaus in December 2025, at the same time as another store in Hamburg. The launch of both locations marks the company’s entry into the German market. A 10-year lease has been signed for the Kaiserhaus.

The Kaiserhaus is a traditional landmark building with a natural stone façade on Kaiserstrasse (house numbers 3 and 5). It was built in 1894 in the neo-baroque style and offers a total of around 5,371 m² of rental space on six floors. The floors are partially flexible and can therefore be used, for example, as open-plan offices, small rooms or combination offices.

The building is located directly opposite the Roßmarkt and is an attractive retail and office location in the heart of Frankfurt’s city center. Its close proximity to the Frankfurter Hauptwache junction ensures urbanity. The diverse infrastructure of the neighborhood fully covers all the needs of the various tenant structures, thus guaranteeing a long-term sought-after office location.

The historic commercial building is almost fully let to companies from the healthcare, retail, and office sectors. NAS acquired the property in 2022 and will comprehensively renovate it in the near future. The aim is to preserve its historical heritage while creating a future-oriented building.
