Frankfurt am Main / October 6, 2025 – Real estate investor and asset manager NAS Invest (“NAS”) has appointed a new Head of Asset Management for its subsidiary NAS Real Asset Management GmbH. Alexander Becker took up this position on October 1, 2025.
In his new role, Alexander Becker is responsible for NAS’s entire portfolio. This includes the RFR Group’s properties in Germany, for which NAS recently took over asset and property management as part of a strategic partnership. This mandate comprises real estate worth around €5 billion; NAS’s total assets under management currently amount to approximately €6 billion.
Previously, Oliver Zimper, Managing Director of NAS Real Asset Management GmbH, had been provisionally in charge of asset management for the NAS Group. In his role as Head of Asset Management, Alexander Becker is also set to join the management board of NAS Real Asset Management GmbH in the near future, alongside Oliver Zimper.
Alexander Becker has almost 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Before joining NAS Real Asset Management, he was Managing Director and COO at RFR Management in Frankfurt am Main since 2017. Prior to that, he worked for around two and a half years as Head of Asset Management Germany at TRIUVA Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft, also in Frankfurt. Other stages in his professional career include CORESTATE Capital Advisors, IVG Immobilien AG, GE Real Estate, and INVESCO Real Estate. The real estate economist / Master of Science in Real Estate (ebs) has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2011.
