The law firm Lutz Abel continues to grow and will expand to Frankfurt am Main at the beginning of next year. The company, which has previously been based in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and Stuttgart, will take up residence in the Senckenberg Tower. The new Frankfurt team of the law firm, which has a total of more than 100 professionals, will occupy almost 450 m² on the 23rd floor of the building, which has been leased on a long-term basis.
Dr. Wolfgang Abel, one of the founding partners at Lutz Abel, explains the choice of Frankfurt as the location for the firm’s offices as follows: “In the Senckenberg Tower, we have chosen a property that perfectly matches our vision of being a dynamic and sophisticated law firm. The tower offers our clients, partners and employees an ideal environment. The long-term lease agreement underlines our intention to establish a permanent presence here in the financial hub.”
The Senckenberg Tower was acquired by NAS in 2019 as an ongoing project development. The building, located in a lively area with shopping and leisure facilities as well as a variety of restaurants and bars, is characterised by its excellent accessibility and is now over 97 % let.
The tenant was brokered by JLL, with PROKS Real Estate acting as advisor to the owner.
