FLARE AT THURN-UND-TAXIS-PLATZ IN FRANKFURT FULLY LET

Frankfurt am Main | 30 June 2026 – The FLARE at Thurn-und-Taxis-Platz in Frankfurt is now fully let. NAS Invest has signed long-term lease agreements with Embury Bar GmbH and Dicke Butz GmbH for restaurant spaces in the mixed-use city centre property. Both concepts have prior histories in Frankfurt’s dining scene and will open at new locations within the FLARE.

With the lettings to Embury Bar and Urban Kitchen II by Dicke Butz, NAS Invest has completed the leasing of the FLARE while also rounding out the building’s hospitality offering. The FLARE brings together spaces for hotel, residential, office, retail, and restaurant use, among others. The two concepts complement the offering for occupiers, visitors, and the immediate surroundings in Frankfurt’s city centre.
Embury Bar GmbH has leased approximately 130 square metres on the ground floor of the building. The cocktail bar was previously located on Kirchnerstraße for many years and plans to reopen at its new location in the second half of 2026. The lease has been signed on a long-term basis.
Dicke Butz GmbH will open the Urban Kitchen II by Dicke Butz concept at the FLARE on Stiftstraße 41, spanning approximately 600 square metres. Urban Kitchen was a well-known fixture of Frankfurt’s restaurant scene from 2010 to 2019 and is now being reimagined. The concept combines international cuisine, modern street food elements, a bar offering, and after-work use. This lease has also been signed on a long-term basis.
The FLARE is located in a prime city centre position in close proximity to the Zeil, MyZeil, and Eschenheimer Tor. With the full letting now complete, the leasing of the mixed-use building has been concluded in its entirety.
