NAS Invest founds subsidiary NAS Invest Suisse AG with headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland

Marius Preisig will oversee investor relations and business development department as managing partner

He joins NAS Invest Group from Corestate Capital

NAS Invest Group is opening a subsidiary in Switzerland. As a managing partner of the newly founded NAS Invest Suisse AG, Marius Preisig has been appointed head of investor relations effective 1 May 2018 and will oversee the domestic and international coverage of the Group’s co-investors from the Zurich office. He will also be responsible for business development and equity syndication of future investments.

“In addition to Germany, Switzerland is an important location for many of our partners. Opening an office in Zurich to service them even better has therefore been a logical step,” says Nikolai Dëus-von Homeyer, managing partner at NAS Invest in Berlin. “In Marius Preisig, we gain not only an expert with profound expertise but also a former colleague we know from many years of working together.

Marius has over eight years of experience in the finance and real estate industry. He joins from Corestate Capital, where he was a vice president in client relations in Zurich and Singapore covering mainly family offices, (ultra) high net worth individuals and private banks. He earned a Master of Science (Hons) in real estate from Cass Business School, London.
