Frankfurt, 1.September 2021. Shortly before completion in autumn this year, NAS Invest can announce another leasing success in Frankfurt’s office high-rise “SenckenbergTurm”: The audit firm Warth& Klein Grant Thornton has signed a long-term lease contract for around 2,000 square metres of office space by the end of the year. JLL advised the tenant on an exclusive basis and brokered the lease.
In addition, NAS Invest is currently in exclusive negotiations with two prospective tenants for a total of five further floors. Frankfurt-based investor and asset manager NAS had acquired the building under construction on Robert-Meyer-Straße in 2019. It comprises 25 floors with a total of 26,724 square metres of lettable space. The property is a central partof the new urban quarter “Senckenberg Quartier”. A residential tower, another office building and Frankfurt’s largest daycare centre are being built next to the “Senckenberg Turm”.
According to NAS Invest, demand for high-quality office space is also high during the pandemic. In addition to its good location in a central city district, the “Senckenberg Turm” convinces its tenants with its sustainability concept and “BREEAM Excellent” certificate. The flexible space concepts optimized for New Work and the state-of-the-art digital infrastructure are praised as well.
