Copenhagen/Frankfurt, 21 September 2021. NAS Real Nordics A/S, the newly established Copenhagen-based Nordic affiliate of property investor and investment manager NAS Invest Group (NAS), headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, has announced the appointment of Peter Back as its Managing Director. Back joins the company from Lintrup & Norgart, a Danish real estate consultancy firm, where the 48- year-old financial professional most recently led the Capital Markets team as a co- partner, with his responsibilities being centralized in the realms of Corporate Strategy and Business Development on an institutional investor level.

With the appointment of Back as Managing Director, NAS Real Nordics has commenced its operations and manages a Danish real estate portfolio, primarily consisting of properties located in the Copenhagen region, with an AuM figure totaling approximately 200 million EUR.

The new Nordic investment company was founded as a joint venture between NAS Invest and Danish entrepreneurs in the spring of this year, based on a medium-term objective to build a diversified real estate portfolio across Scandinavia and Finland with a target size of roughly 1 billion EUR. The specific investment focus is on properties in the core plus risk class within the office, retail and logistics sectors. The capital for these planned investments stems from Luxembourg-based alternative investment funds.
