Frankfurt am Main / 23.09.2022. Irmgard Linker is the new Head of Finance & Accounting at NAS Invest. With this appointment, the investor and asset manager has brought on board a proven real estate expert who also brings extensive experience in the capital market environment and regulatory issues from her previous positions at listed and internationally active companies. Irmgard Linker will be based in Frankfurt am Main. She reports to Nikolai Dëus-von Homeyer, Managing Partner and COO of NAS Invest.

Ms Linker, who holds a degree in business administration and economics, was most recently Head of Fund Services at Patrizia Germany, where her responsibilities included accounting and taxes, risk management and real estate valuation, and she was in charge for the international offices in Luxembourg and London. Prior to this, she was Managing Director and CFO at TRIUVA, the internationally active capital management company originally belonging to IVG Immobilien AG and later to Patrizia, with real estate assets worth almost EUR 10 billion spread over around 40 funds at the time. Her previous positions also included the British investment manager Schroders, where Irmgard Linker worked for around twelve years, most recently as Managing Director and COO of Schroder Investment Management and as Managing Director of Schroder Property KAG.
