Real estate investor and asset manager NAS Invest (‘NAS’) continues its successful leasing streak with two new deals for the Horizon Tower in Eschborn. The two new leases cover a total of 1,760 square metres of office space. One of the new tenants is ContiTech, a leading specialist in material-driven industrial solutions. The other new tenant is RCM Technologies GmbH, an experienced general contractor for engineering and project management services in the fields of power generation, transmission and distribution.
ContiTech has leased 1,420 m² in the Horizon Tower. RCM Technologies GmbH was already located in the building, in the ecos work spaces business centre. The current agreement for 340 m² of office space is therefore a commitment to both the Eschborn location and the Horizon Tower.
Oliver Zimper, CIO of NAS Invest: ‘Both the new location and the move within the property to our own office space clearly demonstrate the attractiveness of the location and the Horizon Tower. We are delighted to be continuing our leasing success from 2024. With these two new leases, we have concluded seven lease agreements for the Horizon Tower within a year.’
NAS acquired the Horizon Tower with approx. 41,000 m² of total rental space on Alfred-Herrhausen-Allee in Eschborn in autumn 2022. Since December 2024, the property has had WiredScore Gold certification for digital connectivity and smart technology. It also has the ‘BREEAM Very Good’ green building certificate for environmental sustainability.
The Horizon Tower is one of the most striking office buildings in Eschborn, one of the most important office locations in the greater Frankfurt area, and as a high-rise building, it can be seen from afar. Excellent public transport links via the Eschborn-Süd S-Bahn station, which is within walking distance, and direct motorway access ensure fast connections to Frankfurt city centre, the international airport and other destinations. The office space is modernly equipped and flexibly configurable to meet all tenant requirements: with thermoactive ceilings, raised floors with integrated facade air conditioning units and a modern lighting system. A lobby with twelve-metre-high ceilings welcomes visitors with plenty of light and invites them to linger.
NAS Invest was advised on the leases by PROKS Real Estate. The brokerage was handled by Cushman & Wakefield (ContiTech) and BlackOlive (RCM).
As a property investor and investment manager with a historically proven track record, NAS Invest sources, structures and manages real estate investments in the role of General Partner and Sponsor for its co-investing institutional and semi-institutional clients. Via its offices in Berlin, Frankfurt, Copenhagen, Luxembourg and Zurich, the main investment focus for NAS Invest lies in commercial real estate opportunities located in the most rapidly developing cities and metropolitan areas in Germany and Northern Europe.
