Frankfurt/Main, 04 November 2019. NAS Invest has leased around 5,200 square meters of lettable space in the Spreeturm building to the software developer HubSpot on a long-term basis. HubSpot employees from the marketing, sales and service departments will coordinate business in the DACH region from the new office tower. They are expected to be able to move in by mid-2020. NAS Invest acquired the landmark property Am Postbahnhof 17 in Berlin from DWI Group GmbH in February 2019; construction work is currently on schedule. BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH acted as intermediary for the landlord and tenant.
