NAS WINS NICOLE STRUNKHEIDE AS MANAGING DIRECTOR AND POOLS TRANSACTION BUSINESS IN OWN UNIT

NAS Real Transactions GmbH structures acquisitions and disposals

Nicole Strunkheide takes over as Managing Director

Frankfurt/Main, 23 September 2019. The NAS Invest Group rearranges its transactional activities and bundles commercial real estate acquisitions and disposals in the NAS Real Transactions GmbH. Nicole Strunkheide (40) will become Managing Director of the specially founded company as of 1 October 2019. As Head of Transactions she will be responsible for all commercial real estate transactions with her team of five specialists. Based in Frankfurt, Nicole Strunkheide will report directly to CIO Oliver Zimper.

Nicole Strunkheide previously worked for La Francaise Real Estate Partners International. Between 2014 and 2019 she was responsible for building the entire real estate portfolio in Germany as Head of Investment. From 2011 to 2014 Strunkheide worked as Director Transaction Management for IVG Asset Management GmbH. Before that, Strunkheide gained further professional experience at KanAm Grund Kapitalanlagegesellschaft and Deka Immobilien Investment.

Andrea Ziegler will also be a part of Nicole Strunkheide’s team. She joined the company on 1 September 2019 as Senior Transaction Manager. The 53-year-old real estate economist (ebs) changes from RFR Management, where she was responsible for purchases and sales in various asset classes between 2016 and 2019. Before that, Andrea Ziegler also worked for AFIAA in Zurich and Aberdeen Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft.
