Frankfurt, 4 October 2021. Property Investor and investment manager N A S Invest Group has strengthened its transactions subsidiary with the addition of Sven Ley as of 1 October 2021. As the new Managing Director of NAS Real Transactions GmbH, Ley will be responsible for the execution of commercial real estate transactions within the NAS Invest Group. The 35-year-old professional is based in the central Frankfurt office and will report directly to Oliver Zimper, the group’s Chief Investment Officer.
Ley brings an extensive track record within the realm of commercial real estate transactions and now joins NAS Real Transactions from Catalyst Capital, where he most recently served as Associate Director with responsibility for the management and structuring of acquisitions. His prior professional career also includes positions at Lohnbach Investment Partners, Jones Lang LaSalle and Argoneo Real Estate.
With the addition of Ley, Oliver Zimper will now continue to concentrate fully on his primary role as Chief Investment Officer of NAS Invest Group and thereby relinquish his role as managing director of NAS Real Transactions.
